What data sources do you support?

How does identity resolution work?

We use deterministic matching (email, phone, loyalty ID) and probabilistic matching (device fingerprints, behavioral patterns) to merge anonymous and known profiles into a single, unified customer record.

Is my data synced in real-time?

Yes. Our streaming architecture processes events in sub-second latency. When a customer makes a purchase at your POS, their profile is updated within milliseconds across all channels.

Can I export my data?

Absolutely. Export any segment, report, or dataset as CSV, JSON, or via API. Your data is always accessible and portable. We never lock you in.

What is BEE?

BEE (Business Enhancement Engine) is our AI-powered go-live accelerator. Connect your data, and BEE automatically discovers your best customer segments, generates campaign content, builds automation workflows, and surfaces actionable insights.

Who are the AI agents?

Can I customize what BEE generates?

Which channels can I send campaigns on?

SMS, WhatsApp, and Email — all from a single dashboard. Each channel has native features like WhatsApp interactive buttons, email drag-and-drop builder, and SMS link tracking.

How does WhatsApp template approval work?

Create templates in ZeroSlip, submit for Meta approval, and track status in real-time. We provide pre-approved template examples to speed up the process. Most templates are approved within 24 hours.

Do you support A/B testing?

Yes. A/B test subject lines, content variants, send times, and even channels. We calculate statistical significance automatically and recommend the winner.

Is ZeroSlip GDPR compliant?

Yes. We're fully GDPR and CCPA compliant with built-in consent management, DSARs, right to erasure, and data portability. We also maintain SOC 2 Type II certification.

Where is my data stored?

You choose: US, EU, or APAC. Data residency is configurable at the organization level with geo-fenced processing to meet local regulations.

Do you sell customer data?

Never. We don't sell, share, or monetize your customer data. Period. Your data is used exclusively to power your ZeroSlip instance.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes. Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly billing. Enterprise customers get custom pricing based on usage and requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) for self-serve plans. Enterprise plans support ACH, wire transfer, and purchase orders with NET-30 terms.
